As the project is intended for commercial use the floor plate is largely flexible with a clear plate of 4000 sq.ft. Considering the plot it was imperative to locate the service core on the east, to allow the longer facade face west. Thus sun heat from both the sides is avoided to create a more conducive day time work environment and reduce air conditioning costs as well.
